Council Highlights - Monday, November 28, 2022

Committee of Whole and Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, with the exception of holidays. The Committee of Whole is a committee consisting of all members of Council that recommends an item for approval by Council. The item still requires Council's final approval, which typically takes place at the next Council meeting held in two weeks’ time. Mayor's Report - Update to Members of Council

The Mayor’s Report provided information on the Mayor’s recent activity and involvement for the months of July, August, and September. The Mayor also included a letter written to the Chair and Members of the Bluewater District School Board for Council’s information.

Third Quarter 2022 Variance to Budget

The Variance to Budget report provides Council with a forecast of the financial results for the Town as of September 2022. The actual net income for the first three quarters of the year is $14.5 million and the year-to-date (YTD) variance to budget is forecasted with a higher net income of $2.6 million.
