Community Planning Permit System Public Consultation

The Town of Saugeen Shores is seeking input on the feasibility of a Community Planning Permit System (CPPS).

Town staff will host a virtual consultation session alongside planning consultants to determine whether to implement a CPPS. This is a land use planning tool to streamline development, especially for affordable housing.

Staff and the consultants will gather public input to determine if this is an appropriate tool for Saugeen Shores.  They will then present those findings to Council for consideration.
