Spruce the Bruce is Launching February 1
Wanting to attract people into your downtown business?
Spruce the Bruce is launching on February 1st and has incredible grant opportunities open to eligible businesses and property owners to help revitalize and redevelop properties. Grant to take advantage of include:
Perpendicular Signage Grant Perpendicular signs increase awareness and visibility of a business and its services. The sign is attached to the front of the building and mounted so the face of the sign is perpendicular to the normal flow of street and foot traffic, which creates pedestrian-friendly downtowns.
Façade Building Improvement Grant includes exterior lighting, building painting and/or siding, outdoor platers, and window replacements/upgrades.
Fascia Signage Grant the Fascia Signage grant provides funding for business and property owners to install a new or updated fascia sign on the façade of a downtown commercial building.
