Share your 2022 workforce experiences
Can't find enough workers? Please share your experience. The EmployerOne survey responses are collected anonymously, and data is published in aggregate form only.
Consists of approximately 20 questions and will take 5 minutes to complete.
For employers with at least one employee in Grey, Bruce, Huron or Perth Counties.
About the Survey:
The EmployerOne survey, administered by the Four County Labour Market Planning Board, collects labour market demand data for our region. This information is crucial to building a strong and resilient workforce. With a chronic low unemployment rate and the recent pandemic, our employers and community stakeholders are facing critical shortages in the labour force. The final report will be released to schools, community partners, government agencies and the public to support local stakeholder planning and skills development.
You may receive an invitation to this survey from multiple sources, but you only need to complete the survey once.
This service is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario, and is a collaboration with The County of Bruce, County of Grey, County of Huron, Perth County, City of Stratford, Town of St. Marys, Town of Hanover and the Huron Manufacturing Association (HMA).
