Notice: Changes to Municipal Office during Aquatic & Wellness Centre Construction

Back to SearchAs the Aquatic & Wellness Centre (AWC) project is well underway, it also means connecting it to the existing Plex through the current Municipal Office. As a result, the Municipal Office will be renovated and impacted during construction.
Please note the following changes:
Customer Service

We will continue to serve the public during this time.

We will set up the Plex’s Rotary Hall (second story of The Plex) with a temporary customer service counter and staff workstations.

Hours of operation remain the same.

Rotary Hall is fully accessible with an elevator.

Our existing customer service counter will function until April 10th.
Council Meetings
- During construction, Council meetings will take place at the Nuclear Innovation Institute (NII) next door to the Municipal Office.
- The public is welcome to attend in person or watch via the Town’s YouTube channel.
- Council will hold its first meeting at the NII on Monday, April 15.
