The Town of Saugeen Shores is seeking input on Residential Intensification Guidelines.

As part of Saugeen Shores’ continued innovation to improve housing, the Town is preparing Residential Intensification Guidelines using public input.

Town staff will host a Virtual Open House alongside planning consultants to determine how to address the broad range of housing types and sizes needed, while helping to keep the community’s “small-town charm.”

Staff and the consultants will gather public input and then present Residential Intensification Guidelines to Council for consideration.
