Town issues statement on construction of Cedar Crescent Village

The Town of Saugeen Shores received notice from 2706913 Ontario Inc. on December 20th that they are planning to commence the construction of the Cedar Crescent Village (CCV) project at the Port Elgin waterfront beginning January 3rd, 2025.  

This significant development marks a new chapter for the community, bringing together commercial and recreational spaces designed to enhance the quality of life for both residents and visitors. The Cedar Crescent Village project will blend modern amenities with the dynamic atmosphere of Saugeen Shores, featuring retail and dining options, along with welcoming public spaces that enrich the Town’s waterfront offerings. 

The CCV project is advancing in accordance with the lease agreement between 2706913 Ontario Inc. and the Town of Saugeen Shores.
