Town releases 2024 Annual Report

Last night, Council received the Saugeen Shores 2024 Annual Report, which outlines the municipality’s actions over the past year to advance the Pillars and Directions of the Town’s Strategic Plan. The report highlights key achievements and measures progress against the goals established in the 2024 Business Plan. 

“The Annual Report is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our staff to carry out the priorities set by Council through the business planning process,” said Mayor Luke Charbonneau. “This document demonstrates the Town’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.”  

Broken down by departments, the report provides a snapshot of the Major Initiatives, Division and Capital Highlights that Council and staff successfully accomplished. It also includes baseline numbers for each department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering a clear picture of the municipality’s ongoing progress and operational performance. 

The public is encouraged to review the Annual Report to gain a deeper understanding of the work accomplished by the municipality in 2024.
