Chief Administrative Officer

Reporting to the Mayor and Council, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Saugeen Shores acts as the key point of contact between Council, Community and Staff.

The CAO is also responsible for coordinating Council directives between departments to ensure that the Town's corporate priorities are achieved. Other functions originating out of this office include Human Resources, Economic Development and Physician Recruitment.

The CAO coordinates administrative interaction with provincial ministries, the County of Bruce and local agencies such as the Saugeen Shores Police Services Board, the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority and Saugeen Mobility and Regional Transit.
