Once you visit, you will want to stay and enjoy our year round magnificent sunsets, beautiful lakeside scenery, classic forests and farmlands plus all the amenities of city living in a small town atmosphere.

The Town of Saugeen Shores is located on the Lake Huron shoreline in the south-central section of the County of Bruce, Province of Ontario. The Town is situated along Provincial Highway No. 21, and is conveniently accessible to three other provincial highways: 6, 10 and 26. These highways provide direct links to Ontario's major urban hubs including Toronto, Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo, Hamilton, London and Barrie. The U.S. market is easy to access via Provincial Highway No. 21.

An increasing number of businesses and people are being attracted to the area for many reasons. Quality of life is at the top of the list. The area's pristine coastline, sandy beaches, majestic sunsets and freshwater fishing are just a few of the area's splendour.

Outdoor activities like canoeing through the beautiful Saugeen River, snowmobiling through tree lined trails, cross country skiing, hiking the Bruce Trail, biking and running along the rail trail make Saugeen Shores a nature enthusiast's retreat. Add to this the warm, small town atmosphere, and you have a desirable place to live and raise a family.

Combine this quality lifestyle with globally competitive industry, world class communications, dedicated workers, exceptional transportation infrastructure and affordable operating costs, and you have a climate for exceptional rural and economic growth.

We invite you to explore our surroundings so that you may call our home, your home.
