Business Plan and Budget 2023

Council has approved the Business Plan and Budget for 2023. 

This comprehensive document shows the Town's goals for the year, including all Major Initiatives (significant projects that move the municipality forward) and Division Highlights (key ways each business unit is improving and enhancing services), as well as Capital Highlights (physical improvements).

The document also includes all of the Town's key financial metrics and its economic outlook for the year.  As well, you can also see trends that Council and staff think will affect how we "do business" for these 12 months, and into the future.  Finally, it includes performance metrics the Town will use to see what it accomplished and what it still needs to do.
