Town Council meet on the second, third, and fourth Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

If a regular meeting falls on a public or civic holiday, the Council meets at the same hour on the next day that is not a public or civic holiday.

An Open Forum is available at the start of Council Meetings that occur on the second and fourth Monday, for anyone wishing to speak to an item on the agenda during the 15 minutes before the meeting.

A Consent Agenda section has been added to the Council agenda to permit the use of a Consent Agenda where reports or other items may be considered collectively under one Motion. The intent of a Consent Agenda is that the items included do not require discussion for approval. Examples include the endorsement of a resolution from another municipality, receiving a report for information, or the approval of a routine report that has not substantively changed since the last time the report was approved by Council. Members of Council will have the opportunity to indicate when a report should be removed from the Consent Agenda if they have questions or otherwise feel the matter requires discussion.
