Making Our Work Visible

The Town has committed to transparency and accountability by showing progress towards goals outlined in the 2023 Business Plan. 

That plan set out three sets of goals: Major Initiatives, Division Highlights and Capital Highlights.

Major Initiatives: One-time projects that move the municipality forward.

Division Highlights: Projects that improve service delivery.

Capital Highlights: Infrastructure projects, both traditional (ex. replacing water pipes) and virtual (ex. installing new budgeting/billing software).

By clicking on each departmental link, you can see where each of these projects are in real-time: whether they are completed, on schedule or behind schedule.
