Have your seven (7) digit account number handy in order to set up the Town as a Payee.

Paying Your Water Bill
The Town of Saugeen Shores issues Water/Wastewater Invoices on a bi-monthly basis. Invoices are issued in February, April, June, August, October and December. All invoices are payable on or before the last business day of the month it was issued in.
Please note that electronic Water/Wastewater bills are sent from waterbilling@saugeenshores.ca. Please add this email to your Safe Sender List and monitor your Spam/Junk email folder if you do not see an expected bill in your mailbox.

The Municipal Office at 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin is open to the public Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You can also drop cheque payments into the drop-box located outside the front doors of the Municipal Office main entrance.
