This report measures the Town's achievements against the goals set out in the 2022 Business Plan, including the Major Initiatives and Divisional Highlights.
The report breaks down those accomplishments by department and division, and shows what we achieved. You'll also notice some interesting graphics to show some key numbers. It also includes some comments from the Town's leadership team and managers.
In 2023, the Town will go even further and include Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to show progress more precisely as well as where the organization can improve.
