1. Site Plan
- A drawing of your property showing all existing buildings and the proposed tent location
- Include accurate measurements from property lines (can be hand-drawn if clear and to scale)
2. Tent Drawings
- Required for all tents
- If tents are larger than 2420ft² or contain bleacher then a P. Engineer design is required for the framing structure and the anchorage details. A part 3 Commitment form is also required from the engineer
3. Certificate of Flame Resistance
- Must confirm compliance with CAN/ULC S-109-M or NFPA 701 (flame-resistant) standards which applies to materials used in tents, tarps etc.
4. Additional Approvals (if applicable)
- For example, approval from Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority
