Employment of Relatives |
The immediate relatives of staff will not be employed where such employment would be within the same Department in the case of permanent full-time, part-time, and temporary employee classifications, with the exception of students. In the case of students, the immediate relatives of staff will not be employed where such employment would be within the the same Division. Immediate relatives of staff of the Human Resources Division, all Department Heads, Chief Administrative Officer and Elected Officials shall not be employed by the Town in any capacity other than student employment. If a student is hired they cannot work in the same Department or Division of the relative who is employed by the Town. |
