The Fitness Centre has cardio, stretching, weight machines, and free weight areas. It is bright, clean and accessible!
If you are a new Active Pass holder or visiting for the first time, our staff will give you a Fitness Centre tour before you get going.
Fitness Studio:
The Fitness Studio is your fitness class powerhouse! We offer everything from high-impact fitness to strength training, and yoga. Fitness classes are included in your All access Active Pass, Fitness Active Pass, or 10- visit Fitness Active Pass. Drop-in access is also available.
When not in use for fitness classes, Fitness Centre users may access the Fitness Studio for stretching, self-led yoga, or warmups. Please be mindful of the posted fitness class schedules and room availability.
Group or team use of the fitness centre or studio is not permitted during drop-in times. To schedule a group fitness, or training session, please review our rental information.

Fitness Guidelines and Etiquette

Youth Access:
- Youth 14 – 17 years old are welcome to use the Fitness Centre unaccompanied upon successful completion of the two-part Youth / Teen Fitness 101 orientation program. Youth 14-17 years old who have not completed the Youth / Teen Fitness 101 are able access the Fitness Centre under direct supervision of a parent / Guardian. All youth accessing the Fitness Centre must have a signed fitness waiver on file and wear a shoe-tag.
- Youth 12 – 13 years old must have a parent or guardian present to access the Fitness Centre and always be under the direct supervision of an adult. Youth 12-13 years old are required to have a signed fitness waiver on and wear a shoe tag
- Youth must be 14 years of age or older to participate in group fitness classes.
Personal & Group Training
Personal training can be booked with any of our Pryde AWC personal trainers. Training can either be purchased in single block sessions or in packages of 10. We offer individual or small group training. Complete the form at the link below to get in touch with our team.
