The Town has committed to transparency and accountability by showing its progress towards goals outlined in the 2023--2027 Strategic Plan and the 2024 Business Plan.

Strategic Plan 2023-2027

The Strategic Plan is the Town's overarching roadmap for the current Council's four-year term. Over this time period, the Town measures:

Strategic Pillars: Key priorities the Town is pursuing to realize its Mission and Vision.
Strategic Directions: Actions taken and resources used to advance the Town's key priorities.

Business Plan 2024

The Business Plan outlines three sets of goals:

Major Initiatives: One-time projects that move the municipality forward.
Division Highlights: Projects that improve service delivery.
Capital Highlights: Infrastructure projects, both traditional (ex. replacing water pipes) and virtual (ex. installing new budgeting/billing software).
