Notice of Designation of Property: 160 Leeder Lane

Please be advised that on October 13, 2026, the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores passed By-law No. 96-2026 to designate the property municipally known as160 Leeder Lane Southampton, ON under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.

Attached please find:

Any person who objects to the by-law may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal by providing written notice of appeal to both the Tribunal and the Clerk of the Town of Saugeen Shores within 30 days after the date of publication of the notice of designation. The notice of appeal must set out the objection to the by-law and the reasons in support of the objection and must be accompanied by the fee required by the Ontario Land Tribunal.
