NOTICE: THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF SAUGEEN SHORES

Notice of Intention to Sell Part 4 on 3R-950 (“Centennial Pool”) to The Bluewater District School Board

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores is intending to sell the land with a municipal address of 640 Mill Creek, Port Elgin, aka Centennial Pool, and legally identified as follows, and more particularly identified as Part 4 on Reference Plan 3R-950 attached as Appendix A

PT PARKLT 25 PL 111 PT 4 3R950; SAUGEEN SHORES; being all of PIN 33246-0706 (LT)

to The Bluewater District School Board.

Pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, a By-law will be presented to Town Council at the February 9, 2026 Council Meeting authorizing the entering into of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for that purpose.
