Notice of Intention to Sell Surplus Town Land to Wilson Developments Ltd.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores intends to consider a by-law to dispose of surplus municipal real property at its Regular Council Meeting on:

Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin, Ontario
The Town of Saugeen Shores intends to dispose of the following surplus lands by direct negotiation with 5053745 Ontario Inc., operating as Wilson Developments Ltd.:
PT LT 50 CON LAKE RANGE, PART 18 on the attached Draft Reference Plan; SAUGEEN SHORES; being part of PIN 33268-0713(LT).
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores intends to grant permanent easements for the purpose of drainage and access over the following lands to 5053745 Ontario Inc., operating as Wilson Developments Ltd.:
PT LT 50 CON LAKE RANGE, PARTS 4-11 on the attached Draft Reference Plan; SAUGEEN SHORES; being part of PIN 33268-0713(LT).
Pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O 2001, c.25, the by-law, if approved, will authorize the entering into of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the sale of the above-described surplus land (Part 18) along with the granting of Easements for the above-described lands (Parts 4-11) to 5053745 Ontario Inc., operating as Wilson Developments Ltd.
Any person wishing to submit written comments or objections to the intended by-law for consideration by Council shall deliver such written submission to the Clerk of the Town of Saugeen Shores on or before 12:00 noon on May 11, 2026. All comments, objections or requests to address Council shall be in writing, signed by the person making the request and delivered by the time specified above to:
