Notice of Public Information Centre: Two-Zone Floodplain Management Concept
The Town of Saugeen Shores is proposing to amend the Local Official Plan and Zoning By-law to implement a Two-Zone Floodplain Management Concept for certain lands within the geographic Town of Southampton. The lands subject to the proposed amendments are shown on the map below. A Public Information Centre (PIC) is being held to share the preliminary details of the project.

The Applications have not been Deemed Complete by the County of Bruce. A Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date, and another Notice will be issued. Decisions on the proposed amendments will not be made until a Public Meeting is held.
