To Advise of the Intention to Pass a By-law to Stop Up and Close a portion of Sandy Acres described as 

Take Notice that the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores will consider the stopping up and closure of a municipal road allowance as follows:
 
The Corporation of the Town of Saugeen Shores (“Town of Saugeen Shores”) is the owner of certain lands legally described as PCL STREETS-1 SEC 3M184; STREET B PL 3M184; PCL RESERVES-1 SEC 3M184; BLK 25 PL 3M184 BEING ST B; SAUGEEN SHORES; being part of PIN 33268-0468 (LT); “Road Allowance” as shown on the attached map and identified as Block 25/Street B on Plan 3M-184.  
 
Pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and the Town of Saugeen Shore’s By-Law 62-2023, take notice that Council proposes to pass a By-law at the June 23, 2025 Council Meeting to stop up and close a road allowance identified as PCL STREETS-1 SEC 3M184; STREET B PL 3M184; PCL RESERVES-1 SEC 3M184; BLK 25 PL 3M184 BEING ST B; SAUGEEN SHORES; being part of PIN 33268-0468 (LT); “Road Allowance” as shown on the attached map and identified as Block 25/Street B on Plan 3M-184, in accordance with Resolution 203-2023 on September 18, 2023.
