Saugeen Shores Welcomes New Town Clerk

The Town of Saugeen Shores is pleased to welcome Kaitlin Bos as the new Manager, Legislative Services/Clerk.  

Kaitlin joined the Town on March 9, 2026 and was formally appointed as the Town Clerk by Council that evening. She brings over six years of municipal government experience, most recently serving as Municipal Clerk for the Municipality of North Grenville. Previously, Kaitlin held roles as Supervisor of Legislative Services/Deputy Clerk, and subsequently advanced to Manager, Legislative Services/Municipal Clerk for the Township of Wilmot. 

The Manager, Legislative Services/Clerk is responsible for the statutory duties of the Municipal Clerk and advises Council and the Senior Management Team on matters related to municipal policy, procedure, and law. In addition, the Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the legislative services team, including managing the Town’s Council agendas and minutes, records and licensing, accessibility program, and conducting municipal elections.
