The Town of Saugeen Shores has declared a Significant Weather Event due to observed and forecasted conditions, effective 8:00 a.m. on February 18, 2026, and continuing until further notice.
Saugeen Shores By-law Enforcement is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable community for all residents by ensuring compliance with Municipal By-laws. We are available as a resource to the community, providing guidance and answering questions or concerns related to By-laws and By-law Enforcement matters.

Please include your full name, address and telephone number. This information is used in the event Town staff need to follow up for additional detail. Complaints without this information may not be investigated.

There are three different ways you can pay for Parking Infraction Notice.
You can pay By-law tickets in person from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Saugeen Shores Police Station, 1240 MacKenzie Rd, Port Elgin.
Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to “Town of Saugeen Shores.”
You can pay By-law tickets after hours by submitting your ticket and payment into our after-hours mailbox at the Town Office, 600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin.
If you are submitting payment after normal business hours, please pay by cheque or money order. Do not leave cash.
