Business Plan

The Business Plan is a roadmap for how Saugeen Shores achieves its strategic pillars within a calendar year. It also shows how the municipality is investing taxpayer's dollars for the benefit of its residents and the community at large. The Business Plan shows the following priorities:

• Major Initiatives: Significant projects that move the municipality forward.
• Division Highlights: Ways the Town's key business units are improving and enhancing services.
• Capital Highlights: Infrastructure projects, both traditional and virtual.

The Town believes that transparency and accountability are essential. At the end of each year, an Annual Report is compiled to show actual progress on Business Plan initiatives.

Saugeen Shores also publicly posts its progress towards the goals in real time. The Performance Measurement Dashboard shows how the Town is advancing its Major Initiatives and Highlights throughout the year.
