TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Saugeen Shores is intending to sell the land with a municipal address of 640 Mill Creek, Port Elgin, aka Centennial Pool, and legally identified as follows, and more particularly identified as Part 4 on Reference Plan 3R-950 attached as Appendix A

The Town has retained Ainley Group to undertake the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MECA) for the planned Expansion of the Saugeen Shores Water Treatment Plant.
