Meetings Calendar

Council and most Committee meetings taking place after June 16, 2024, are available on the Meetings Calendar below. Each meeting on this calendar also includes its agenda, minutes (when approved), and webcast (if available).

Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Office (600 Tomlinson Drive, Port Elgin).  Council meetings are open to the public to attend. The public can also watch the livestream of the meetings on the Town's YouTube Channel.

The July 7, 2025 Council Meeting Agenda is now published.

The July 14, 2025 Committee of Adjustment Meeting has been cancelled  as there are no applications to be heard. Please contact Dana Mitchell at 519-832-2008 ext. 163 if you have any questions.
