Urban Tree By-law
Council adopted the Urban Tree By-law on October 25, 2025. The by-law applies to properties that are 1 hectare (2.47 acres) or greater in size, located within the Settlement Area Boundary, and zoned Planned Development (PD) or Environmental Protection (EP).
